This is what you do

You are familiar with processes and automation in a production environment. Your job is to monitor and optimize the processes in our ceramics factory in China. You will also manage the employees in the factory. You will participate in the management team and you are responsible for the quantity and quality of the output. Furthermore it is important that you are solution-focussed. If you do not live in China, you will have the possibility to stay in China for a longer period or to travel back and forth from the Netherlands.
